A very mild tingling sensation. Nothing like the promotion video. Did not make any of my muscles twitch. Several times i tested it. No instructions of where to place the pads and the instructions for the mat minimal. Not happy with the product.
Great product
The box was damaged but the product works well. It has 8 different programs. To see it, it might seem like a toy, but the effect is pleasant. Too bad for the instructions being written in really small print. But it's quite intuitive.
I think I will buy it again to give as a gift.
